So, I go home tomorrow for 10 days.
I cannot wait.
I miss so many people and my parents and my cat and my dog and my bed.
Oh, my big bed :’)
I need a break.
I’m so burnt out.
School is killing me right now.
I did so badly on my midterm and project today.
I mean, I did okay, but ugh.
I need a break.
I’ve been working my ass off over here and I’m dead.
I really can’t wait to be home.
I miss my mum.
It’s so difficult to want to talk about music and such and having no one here to talk to.
No one cares.
She does.
I can’t wait to play records and have hour long conversations about Janis Joplin and Muddy Waters and Tina Turner and whoever.
I miss my dad.
I can’t wait to go out to breakfast with him and drive around, playing AC/DC, being in the garage with him and the boys.
I miss my friends.
I cannot wait to see Luke on Sunday and MY BEST FRIEND IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE ON TUESDAY!
And Nathan on Thursday :)
And I most definitely cannot wait until Friday.

I can’t wait to put on Nancy Sinatra and Lana Del Rey and bake brownies and cupcakes.
I can’t wait to cuddle up with my cat on the couch and watch Jimmy Fallon.
I can’t wait to take my dog for walks.
I can’t wait to workout and take long baths without having to worry about roommates needing to use the bathroom.
I can’t wait to eat real food.
I just…can’t wait.
It’s going to be an amazing 10 days.
I need an escape.
